How to unlock Modem Prolink PHS300 :
Modem PHS300 is manufactured by Prolink and identical in hardware if compare to ZTE modem MF190, and they all are unlocked by DC unlocker. To unlock Prolink modem PHS300 is just simple, but need a trick.

Tested version which is successfully unlock PHS300 is DCUnlocker 2 Client 1.00.0460, you can find it here. See also guide how to use DCUnlocker.
You will not find Prolink in Select Manufacturer drop down
list, so select ZTE Datacards ( that’s the trick).
